Residents call for strong CCRB and open consultation
In a letter sent on April 3 to the Mayor, the City Council, the City Manager, and the Community-Police Partnership Board (CPPB), a group of New Rochelle residents expressed concerns about the current planning process for a Civilian Complaint Review Board (CCRB) and listed a set of criteria that a CCRB must meet to provide meaningful accountability and earn the community’s trust.
